Sorry this has taken me a week to review ... but The Needham store manager Samantha went ABOVE AND BEYOND with her customer service. I needed Two cakes to be delivered to my workplace in time for 12 noon for a double baby shower surprise for two employees. She could not guarantee it with the delivery service they use so she came EARLY AM before she even got to work to drop everything off !!! I am still so appreciative and everything was perfect and of course DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend this particular store and Kudos again to Samantha! Got a cake for mom's birthday. The store is so cute and I couldn't help, but get me a little chocolate bundt for the ride home ud83dude01ud83dude18 so good!

The cakes are fine. I came by and no one was there to help me. After quite a while of waiting a said something to ask for someone. Someone finally came out and told me I was too quiet (the door, which is supposed to be their notification for someone entering, rang when I came in). The employees were too busy talking to each other in the back to notice I had come in. I have always enjoyed nothing Bundt cakes when living in other places but I don’t think visiting this one is worth the hassle of how long it takes to be recognized.
