Ashley was wonderful and very helpful. I moved from Minneapolis, MN to Salt Lake City and it was effortless to reserve a unit. When I got there, Ashley was very nice and walked me through everything I needed to know. Thank you!
After a few months of being a customer we got a notice they were raising our rates just because. Just a bait and switch. It's a good location, so we'll stay there through the end of the year then we will be gone. Wouldn't be surprised if our rates go up again between now and then.
The managers there are all very helpful and respond fast. I was helped a lot so that I can successfully move remotely.
Alisia was great to work with. I kept needing more storage as I was moving and she was helpful at every turn. The location was great too. Just a few blocks off the freeway and easy to access.
