I would like to give a huge shout out to the driver. Each time he dropped off and picked up he called and kept us up to date with the process. When we had problems with finding a spot to drop off the second time due to other people's cars he waited for us to work it out with the car owners and was very patient. Couldn't of asked for a more kind and patient person. The boxes them selves saved us a ton of time and $$ from storage and truck rental fees I would recommend them over and over again. Thank you for your services.

They will tell you one price and charge you more fees when they feel necessary, when you inquire about the charges the “supervisor” will promise to respond as soon as you email documents and will take 5+ days to answer with the same thing she said on the phone and never address the concern! The fees the end up charging you on top of the “quote” do not make this worth it, go with an upfront honest company about pricing!

Recently used them for the first time for an in-state move where we needed to store the containers at their facilities for a few months. Honestly the only good thing I can say about their service is that the containers held up well and our stuff was undamaged. Here's a quick overview of the disaster we had: I got a quote for the entire move package that sounded reasonable, so we scheduled multiple units as per our quote. On the day of delivery, the driver did not call ahead of the delivery time (they told us he would)... hours later, we are wondering where our 2nd scheduled unit is... turns out the driver just cancelled the delivery without telling us because the 2nd unit wouldn't fit in our driveway, but when we spoke on the phone, the representative told us it would be fine to be in the street... when we called to find out about the failed delivery of the 2nd unit they then told us we couldn't actually put it in the street... so we rescheduled the units a couple of days apart to give us time to load them one at a time and swap them out (huge pain not being able to do them all at once). Next issue was the pickup schedule, due to them giving us misinformation about the deliveries and us having to reschedule everything, we were cutting it close to the time we had to be out of our old home... well they were unable to pickup the unit on time, despite the rescheduling being their fault, so it was a nuisance for the new homeowners. Come re-delivery time, we were overcharged (surprise surprise, they had hidden fees that they did not directly disclose in my original quote)... when I called to discuss the extra fees they claimed it was on my original quote and when I explained everything I was quoted originally the phone rep basically kept telling me that I was wrong, despite me having the original quote on hand to prove otherwise. In order to get the overcharge fees back, I'd have to go through a lengthy and time-consuming chargeback process with my credit card company... major headache. Basically, this whole process was a nightmare all because they can't schedule anything properly on their end and they most definitely can't communicate properly with their customers. Don't waste your time and money with this company!

Not sure of why all the bad reviews. I called them to schedule a couple cool boxes for my move and they were very friendly from the very start of the quote to the end. They communicated with me the status and confirmation of deliveries and pick ups very clearly and timely. They delivered when they said they would. The truck driver was very friendly and courteous and willing to go out of his way to accommodate in any way. Everyone I spoke to in the phone was professional and courteous. I would recommend this service to anyone based on my experience.

First my experience was three years ago. I am aghast at all the negative remarks! I was very pleased! I spoke with the same young lady throughout my rental. The delivery man was very impressive and knew what he was doing, backing up my steep driveway! He may not have been dressed or acted like a chauffeur but, hea! He drives a big truck and knows how to use it! I had nothing but positive experiences / encounters during my three month or so rental. I was suggesting to a friend and was shocked at all the bad press!
