Ace Rent To Own

I received a flyer in the mail for my birthday, well.. the flyer seemed to have mis leading information on it. It said enjoy 2 free weeks OR 30% off new agreements. So, naturally tried to honor this and was informed it was all only for new agreements.. I've been a customer for over 2 years and didn't think it was just for new agreements. Please fix the wording and be more clear on the mail our flyers.

Brittany is cool as hell that works in there every time that I call to make my payment she always treats me like a friend not a customer which I think is cool it's a way of business should be ran where you're not just a customer you're a friend or part of their family that's the way this place treats you highly highly highly recommend this place
