I'd give more stars if I could!! The employees at Lowes are outstanding, friendly and helpful. I've spent a lot of time here while turning my Trailblazer into a tiny home. They've been so helpful! Today my battery died. An employee was nice enough to charge the battery pack I purchased while I wait for my ride!! And offered me a bottle of water! Above and beyond!

Horrible service. When I went in to see about a deck quote. Team member basically acted like he did not have time to give me a quote. There was nobody else in line. Then secondly told me that it would be easier to change my deck dimensions so they could just pull the lumber in house instead he would have to order my boards in. Finally he also said that I can calculate how many boards I needed and can come pick them out myself. Would save me sometime he said. This is not how customer service is supposed to be. I may have had questions or would like another opinion on my project that I'm doing.
