We just remodeled our house, and in the process dealt with about 25 different sales people, contractors, sub contractors,etc, and Patrick Guiteau was the best we worked with. He was responsive, pleasant, reliable, and flexible. If I were ever hiring salesman, I'd call him.nThe only reason the review isn't getting 5 stars is because one of the parts we received was defective. Certainly not Patrick's fault, and he quickly sent us a new part.
My experience with Patrick at this store has been truly wonderful. He helped me to figure out and purchase all the necessary things to remodel our master bathroom. Every step of the way he’s aided me with any questions and or concerns I may have had, making me thankful to have him involved in the whole process. Exceptional customer satisfaction!
Diana Page @ Kohler, Natick, MA has been fantastic. She helped me through the whole process of selecting what to get - giving me advice and insights and helping me through the process. Then when we lost a part for something, she was so responsive! I can't say enough good things about her and Kohler. The products are great and this service is outstanding!
Christeen was wonderful to work with. I wanted a custom size vanity and she helped me put together exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend Kohler and Christeen!
