Ethan Allen is without a doubt my favorite furniture store. The showroom is beautiful, the furniture styles are varied, and the quality is top notch. I was lucky enough to work with Adele Lewis, the Design Consultant. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every style I was interested in, and made suggestions that never would have occurred to me. I will be back! And when I return, I will be looking for Adele. Thank you Adele for helping me select the perfect sofa. I'm so excited and cannot wait to see the finished product!
Rosemarie was so helpful and has an excellent eye. In the midst of COVID we moved to our new home and needed some more furniture. Via FaceTime she helped us pick several pieces and fabrics that go perfectly with the furniture we already had. She was a delight to work with and I am so pleased with how everything turned out.
Adele Lewis worked with us in selecting new furniture. She did a fantastic job listening and matching our final selections. She is a consumer driven professional. Great Design Consultant.
There was a big end of summer promotion. I bought several pieces for my bedroom. At the end of the process the salesperson indicated that I would not receive the bed for 5 weeks and the other furniture for 12. Disappointing. Then when the bed was delivered, the wrong box spring was included; therefore, the bed is not yet functional. After a few days someone from EA finally contacted me. She made a lame excuse. Now, three weeks later, i have yet to receive the boxspring and the bed and bedroom are not functional. It's likely I will not shop there again.
Adele was pleasant to work with. She listened to my needs and was very efficient! I would definitely go back for her help.
