Great service, we were in and out. Mitch came to the house to measure and in a couple weeks we got exactly the shades we needed to solve the problem, installed perfectly. Innuwindow made the process so easy, couldn't be happier!

I have had the privilege of working with Innuwindow on 2 occasions. Each time I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable and understood what I was trying to accomplish. Their suggestions and ideas were just what I wanted. The designer, Massimo, was pleasant to work with and when I had my second work done, I asked for him. He is great! Also, the installer was neat and efficient. I would not hesitate to go back ti Innuwindow!

Innuwindow did an excellent job with my window treatment and I would recommend them to a friend :)nnWe replaced Venetian blinds with Hunter Douglas Top-Down/Botton-Up honeycomb shades. On the ground floor, where the windows are taller, we choose the retractable cord version which is not as sleek and beautiful as the cordless version we used on the shorter windows upstairs. But both are so clean looking and beautiful and provide HUGE heat retention!nnRick, the sales/style rep was available and responsive, with a friendly attitude. No complaints. The installer was phenomenal, extremely careful and thorough.nnTwo suggestions: a) Go slowly. I think that they have a vast amount of information and might assume that you too are that well informed. I sometimes felt slightly rushed -- but that might be me. b) If you're trying to save money, they are not the least expensive option (self-install from Home Depot, for instance). BUT they seem to have frequent promotions and you'd be wise to sync your purchase with that.
