It has been a great experience to work with Serena at the Natick store. Serena guided us through the process and helped us do the right decisions for a functional layout. I think the Natick store in general is a very well managed store where they put customers first. Manager Andrew and his team are giving great customer service. we will be repeat customers for this store to furnish other rooms in our house.
