This is now my story about your company, I can’t believe how difficult and insensitive you are regarding coming into my house in these times. And you commitment to profits over standing by your product. I regret buying yournProduct and will share this true story with anyone who will listen!nnLet me tell you my experience with this company and product.nnI purchased a high end kind size bed a few years ago; after around a year it started breaking down. I talked with someone there a couple of years ago and they wanted to send people to my house to inspect to see if it’s a warranty issue, I couldn’t at the time because we just had a kid.nnNow I called them because it’s so bad we are buying a new bed. I was told the only thing they can do is come out to inspect it, then haul it off for repair, then bring it back into my house. We have a 10day old kid, COVID is a serious concern and their answer is 3 different visits inside our house.nnI should add the person I talked to knew about the bed model we have and specifically explained that they had a batch of material used in the bed that has been proven bad, he knew the bed.nnI asked if we could do a virtual visit, using cell phones, to keep a visit down, that was denied. I asked that they just replace the mattress, the customer service rep told me he can asknHis manager but knows he is going to say no.nnKeep in mind this cost around $1,600-1,800 mattress. I know the margin is high on mattresses, so even if they had to give me a replacement they would have still made a lot of money off this transaction.nnThe customer service rep just called me back and with a proud tone told me he talked to the owner and the only thing they will do is send this guy out to look at the mattress, then if they decide it’s a warranty issue they will haul off the mattress, repair it and haul it back to me.nnI don’t want them in my house 3 times, I explained the risk associated with my infant getting sick, they don’t care at all.nnKeep this experience in mind when deciding on your mattress purchase, my experience is their product it junk that breaks down just over a year.

Jed helped me find what I needed and it was just the best customer service. Knowledgeable, helpful, goes over all bed options and what you get with each.nnMake sure to state where your bed is in the house. It’s possible the frame or bed won’t fit. I’m paying for a second delivery fee due to this and have to wait a week for a new bed. I paid $75 for a pillow to be delivered to my house today.

Very knowledgeable salespeople. Helped me choose the right bed for my guest room at a great price. Delivery was the next day and went very smoothly. The delivery people were in and out in 5 minutes and set up the bed exactly where I needed it! I have 2 other beds from this store. They are high quality and very comfortable!
