I was amazed at how Brandon managed multiple customers during a sale today. He covered the facts with us, listened to us and made sure we ended up with the perfect mattress and base combo for us. It was really a nice experience and we weren’t sure we would buy today but we did because Brandon made it easy. I don’t usually like visiting show rooms because it can feel so sales-y... but this experience was better than the typical.
Brandon was so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely kind with us. He was informative and never pushy. I highly recommend this location and Brandon. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service.
Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! We left the store with a ton of information about mattresses choices. I can’t recommend this store enough. Very clean, polite and informative.
We ended up making two trips back to Mattress Firm Minntonka , the first time we talked with Phill and the scond time we talk with Brandin . Both vary Noligable to help us understand how these New type of Mattresses work . After sleeping on our old matterss for 17 plus yrs it was time for a change , not thinking that some of our aces and pains were stemming from our mattress. Awesome service! Brandon helped me out the second i walked through the door. I didn't feel like I was being pushed towards anything.nVery knowledgeable of the mattresses! I felt like all my questions were answered with well known detail. Definitely felt like I was number one priority while in the store. Got a great deal on my bed, and they are delivering it with no hassles. Wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this store and it's sales associate Brandon!
