We walked into the large showroom at Gabberts design studio and was politely greeted by Brenda Cooper. We had an idea on the type of sofa and chase we wanted but we were not sure about the fabric or leather cover. Brenda was very patient with us and showed us a variety of different furniture options explaining to us the pros and the cons of each. We settled on the style but still not able to determine the color or the fabric type. We went back several times and brought samples home. Brenda was extremely patient and very helpful helping us select the perfect fabric for our design. If you want top-notch design help selecting furniture type or the fabric and color for your design, please look up Brenda she was excellent. Her top qualities are listening, very patient and the energy to look through the massive amount of fabric and leather selections and come up with the perfect one.
My husband and I walked into the showroom needing several replacement pillows for existing furniture our K9 kids had chewed up. Karena was able to assist us with finding the perfect fabrics, which isn't an easy task when trying to coordinate with retired fabrics. Karena didn't pressure us into the most expensive fabrics. Instead her one focus was finding the right fabrics that matched both our furniture and our lifestyle. Thanks, Karena. You made this process easy and enjoyable. Great job!
We recently purchased two mattresses and an adjustable base from Patrick Kennedy, Sleep Specialist, to accommodate a medical need for a family member. The items were supposed to be delivered third week of April, but Patrick was able to move the delivery date up by 2 weeks to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately, at delivery time, the installation team could not fit the one-piece adjustable base up our narrow stairway. We called Patrick, who identified a different adjustable base that could be brought up our stairs in two pieces and re-assembled. Unfortunately, it was showing as out-of-stock for another couple of weeks. An hour later, Patrick called back to let us know that he had found the adjustable base in stock and the delivery and installation teams would be coming back to our house later that same afternoon to complete the job. This was outstanding customer service by Patrick and by the Gabberts delivery and installation managers and field staff, and it is the reason we keep returning to Gabberts when we need to buy furniture. Bravo, Patrick Kennedy and the whole Gabberts team!
Very easy to order and it did not take much time even with the holiday’s to receive. I was very happy with my purchase and the sales people were very easy to work with. However the bed I purchased from Reverie is a dud. The motor only lasted a year before it malfunctioned and had to be replaced and now the wave feature turns on by itself and will not turn of with the remote so we are back to trying to contact the company to have a repair done.
This is a huge showroom, and we were lucky to have Pat meet us at the door. We gave her our criteria (materials, firmness, size) and she was able to quickly show us the options that would suit our needs. Without Pat's help, the search would have been overwhelming and very time-consuming. This store has so much to offer! We are very pleased with our purchases.
