I worked with Design Consultant, Marco. He was so much fun to work with! We custom designed my sofa and pillows. I was pleased to learn I had so many choices of fabrics and patterns for both the sofa and the pillows. I also bought a really neat painting that reminds me of a scene from my hometown. Im very finicky about my artwork and was surprised to find something to my liking at a reasonable price. My husband found a recliner that he fell in love with. It ties in nicely with the sofa and painting. There is a bit of a wait for the products but that is to be expected for a custom order and especially during Covid-19.

The store itself was very clean, and all of the staff was very hygienic. We came in looking for a living room sofa set, and we were very pleased with the variety of styles available and were able to find a set that matched our comfort preference. The design consultant, Teresa, that approached and helped us out was a great asset in helping us to choose our set. We let her know what styles we liked, and she immediately had a couple ideas in mind that we were able to test out. She kept in mind our budget, fabric needs to hide cat hair, how many years we were looking to get out of them, and how soft we liked our cushions. Highly recommend.

Awesome selection across the board at this location.nnI visited this location yesterday, and today I circled back to look at a rug I had seen on the showroom floor.nnCourtney really helped me finalize some decorating decisions by giving me feedback on my interior design goals, as well as the realistic delivery times of products. (Sometimes it's worth the wait for what you want when you get a smoking deal)nnThere was a sticker/list price mismatch when I went to checkout, but again, Courtney made sure I was treated fairly.nnExcellent experience overall.

AMAZING new store with a fantastic assortment of furniture at a range of prices. We ended up buying two side chairs with custom fabric. We were taken care of by Marcos who really went out of his way to make sure our experience was wonderful. The price was great and the service was impeccable. We'll be back. Love love love this HOM FURNITURE LOCATION!! The selection is so large they literally have EVERYTHING!!! Sofas, loveseats, recliners, tables, chairs, art, mirrors, bars and bar stools the list goes on and on. I was helped by a customer service representative named MATHEW JENSEN WHO WORKS IN DOCK 86 ON THE LOWER LEVEL OF HOM FURNITURE. He was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the furniture. I picked out an amazing sofa! Mathew rang me up and helped me set up delivery for next Saturday!!! I am so excited!!! I just moved into a new apartment and I'm literally sitting on the floor so this sofa will definitely be cherishedud83dude0dud83dude0dnThank you for your help MATHEW it is greatly appreciated!!
