Tyler Aldous was absolutely fantastic he was extremely professional as well as extremely polite and nice! This gentleman helped my grandmother out with her couch and was extremely patient and most importantly respectful! He was extremely knowledgeable as well as honest if he doesn't know something he says so and gets the correct answer for the customer instead of fluffing!! With this service it encouraged both me and my lady to purchase a love seat from him! He was great and executed our needs with precision and professionalism! In short we will only be shopping with him for our home needs from now on. Highly recommend Tyler to anyone!

My 20 year old son was having a very complicated shoulder surgery and we needed to find him a recliner. As you can imagine buying furniture with a 20 year old not the easiest task. We were very torn with buying something cheap that we could just toss or spending the extra money for something he would keep and like down the road. We chose the Mancini Power Theatre recliner. And my son loves it. However, the best part of our experience was our sales person Ashley. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and my son. She never seemed rushed and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect chair. She was a blessing to work with.

We had never shopped at Dock86 until today and we were very pleased with our experience. Tyler was incredibly helpful to work with. We told him what we were looking for, and he led us right to it. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He made our first experience a delightful one and we will absolutely return in the future. I would 100% recommend this store to others.

Tyler A. at Dock 86 has been amazing to work with. He is extremely service oriented and was very attentive to the details of my furniture purchases. I particularly appreciated how he kept me updated when there were delays with furniture items. This was very helpful. He was always courteous, patient, and followed through - did what he said he would do. He is a tremendous asset to Dock 86!!!

After going to several other stores comparison shopping, Dock86 was my choice when buying new living room furniture. Their wide selection of in stock items, affordable prices, and great quality made it an easy choice after visiting several stores where things would be on 24 week back order or seemed like they'd break down in about the same length of time. The sales staff were very low-key, giving us plenty of time to scope the place out. When Tyler came over to help us he asked what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect sofa and ottomans which we'd overlooked, showing us several different styles and talking through the benefits of each until we honed in on what was important to us. Throughout the process he was laid-back and never made us feel pressured to buy, just empowered to make the decision that was right for us.
