Purchased an umbrella from a home and garden show in March. Very much regret that decision. Customer service is hardly that. Our sales guy way over sold the sturdiness of the umbrella in winds, so be ware new buyers. Because of that I wasn’t educated correctly on using the product, had it up in 10-11mph winds. Basically don’t have it up in any type of wind, even with over 200lbs of weight on it. Customer service told me I should “be more conservative” when using and told me I can purchase a replacement part for $75. How about replace the base of the umbrella that broke on your customers 4 month old umbrella they paid $1200 for, when we had appropriate weight and you say it can stand in 15 mph winds?! Oh and the cover started ripping after two uses around some of the slots. Ugh.

I purchased an outdoor patio set from them, I appreciated Kevin the sales rep who pointed me in the direction of the slightly more expensive but much more durable set. I have had it for 4 years now and just bring the cushions in for the winter. Everything has held up great in these MN winters!!!! I recently went back and bought an umbrella from them and have only used it for a few months but is one of the coolest umbrellas I have ever seen, my wife teases me cause I always show off how it rotates to provide shade to different areas of our deck. Great products!!

Hands down the best umbrellas and patio furniture I've ever had! Seven years of constant torture from the Phoenix Arizona sun and these puppies are like brand new. Purchase with confidence, as this outstanding midwest company will deliver everything you are expecting and more. Thank you M&E for being such an amazing business. Purchased a 10 × 10 Deluxe Patio Umbrella at the Minnesota State fair last year and it's the best investment I've made on my patio. It was a huge hit among my family that both my brothers bought one, and one of them is buying another for their cabin. I've my research and this is the best commercial umbrella on the market for the money. Anything else in the same price point doesnt have half the features or durability.
