I was looking to match my existing hardwood floor during a remodeling project and was having a hard time finding a match. I called ProSource and they tracked down the original supplier and found a local distributor for me- even though it didn't come from them! I am extremely impressed by their kind and professional help.
Jimmie Ramey was my rep, nice laid back attitude and very helpful. Pretty dang good artist too.
Sometimes it’s the glitches in life that show you the real value of dealing with great professionals. I had some difficulty in both the carpet selection process – board sample did not match carpet sample - and with a flaw in the carpet color when it arrived. Jimmie Ramey stuck with me through it all until I was happy and satisfied. He and the staff at Pro-Source were a joy to work with. I love my new carpet and would highly recommend working with Jimmie and Pro-Source.
ProSource is second to none in flooring and service! I worked directly with Sue D. and she provided such a great level of service to me and ensured all of my needs were met! I have rental properties and working with Sue provided me with the peace of mind that my rental properties would be professionally done with excellent flooring and timeliness for getting new renters in with minimal gap in turnover time.
