Great prices and excellent customer service.

I had an uncomfortable experience yesterday (Tuesday May 28, 2019) at around 2 pm at the C&B MOA store. The younger employee was correcting/berating an older employee WHILE the customers were in the store! The conversation started with...”I know you don’t want to hear this...” well, neither did anyone else there. I felt this was extremely unprofessional of this person in charge. I felt very bad for the older employee who handled the situation very well. She said, I understand, or something to that effect, and folded clothes. She asked me a little later if I was having a good day. I’m very disappointed and disturbed by the younger employee’s lack of kindness and common sense civility. I hope that if the younger employee is corrected, that it doesn’t happen in pubic, and she’s given the courtesy she didn’t extend to others.
Love this brand. Very professional clothing that I could actually wear to work, unlike all the other does in a mall that are totally geared towards teenagers, containing clothes that leave you scantily clad.
Omg! I will go back here again and again and again. Friendly prices! Wonderful associates. I think it has d kindest associates in the whole of moa. Stuff is more for older women, but I got lovely collection of shorts and skirts....I will visit again and again....
