Super high turnover. ...which seems to regularly leave at least one person training and/or hires made in desperation (i.e. people who don't care about their work). ...which often leads to very slow service. However, the location is convenient and you'll often run into someone you know.
Recently moved to Natick, stopped here on the way to work. The young woman handling the mobile orders was wearing gloves, touched her eyes and her mask while handling cups (even if they were empty, fingers right in the cups) and didn't change her gloves once. Super gross even without a pandemic.
What can I say, its a Dunks! Either you like them or you don't.nnThey do have a decent amount of space inside, so you can sip your coffee in private.
Please be careful. Already two employees have positive Covid tests at this store!
Almost wasn't handed the 5th drink, but after checking it was sitting behind. Was able to get it. Crisis narrowly averted.
