Jon and Bradley at Mattress firm are very nice and helpful guys. My bank account is a little hurt but I still got some good deals. I’m pretty excited for my brand new mattress, protector, and adjustable bed frame. Seems like they’re great quality. I hope I love them.
I liked this place because John was very friendly and informative. I told him what mattress I wanted and he gave it to me. Perfect! Next time I need any type of bed, I will definitely go here. Delivery tomorrow, can't wait!
It was time to replace our 20 year old sleep number but can't afford the new price. Dave at Mattress Firm was patient with us as we tried many beds. He listened to our needs and steered us to the best bed for our issues & budget. After checking out a competitor, we went back and purchased. We found Dave to be a salesman with integrity.
Brad helped us a ton. I finally have a bed that my partner and I can both sleep on comfortably. He was very kind admist my panicked ramblings and even helped me buy sheets and a mattress protector after I had already paid for the mattress (I had to go to the warehouse to pick them all up in two trips because I didn't think it through at first, but totally worth it. 10/10 would recommend.
We had a great experience today working with Brad Rammer. Our goal was to help my mother-in-law choose a new mattress and Brad made that so easy that we chose to also upgrade our own. Nothing better than having someone helpful who isn't pushy that can answer your questions. Thank you Brad!!!
