great customer service! Wayne took time to answer questions and help with the process. The storage units are clean, and the prices to rent are great! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
Wayne was super helpful when I randomly showed up at the office today to find more info and see a space in person. Having never used a storage space before, I was hesitant to just call or reserve online so I wanted to see an actual unit and find out more about pricing etc. He answered all my questions, gave me a tour and was very informative. In the end he found me a better deal at a sister location which was really appreciated! It was quality customer service and helped me choose Extra Space as the company to go with for my storage needs.
I called them in the same day and it was weekend, the gentleman was very nice and patient with me. I keep him on three briefly holds and he was very helpful, did not intent to ended up the call till he makes sure I am happy with everything!
Needed a unit at the last minute due to an emergency. The manager was extremely attentive helpful and courteous. He met our needs quickly as we had movers waiting and found us an appropriate unit. Facility and unit were both clean and unit was climate controlled and extremely easy to access. Safety precautions were also taken throughout the transaction. Would highly recommend based on the managers professionalism and the efficiency with which he helped resolve a difficult situation and the concern for our health/safety.
Awesome experience renting my unit. They were very helpful. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them
