We order online each week and have done so for most of the entire time during Covid. The website is easy to use and the employees are super friendly. We are always greeted with warm smiles and extremely prompt service. I really enjoy each experience and highly recommend their pick-up service in West Branch, MI.nnYesterday, we experienced our first problem. Picked up our groceries, put them away, thinking everything was great. A couple of hours later I received a phone call. Seems we were missing part of our order (frozen foods), and I hadn't even noticed. They profusely apologized and offered to refund or hold the bags for us. Not a problem, I said. Stuff happens. So today I picked up the remainder of our order, and once again received contrite apologies. I assured the employee that everything was okay, and many smiles were exchanged.nnKeep up the great work West Branch. We are very happy campers.ud83dude18

I love our West Branch Home Depot! They've got a super knowledgeable & friendly staff. They've worked with us on so many projects, they make us feel like old friends when we come through the door.

I must say that this Home Depot is by far the most organized and clean H.D. I have ever been in. I'm from the metro Detroit area and frequent local stores around here. But the West Branch store had way more samples of flooring and the gal at the service desk was so helpful and friendly. The Houghton lake store is closer to my cabin. But I'll go the extra miles to this store because it's SO clean.

Look home depot is not a horrible place but they must treat their employees less then average. During the polarizing 2020 check out is rude and sloppy. Returns are hesitant and contemptuous over all this store is not on the incline its on the decline even tho business is no doubt good. Try westbranch if you can
