Excellent service! The care the staff shows for my 95 yo mother-in-law is unmatched!

I've visited Krystyna's twice. The first time was with a company for an outing, and the other time was celebrating my 25th birthday. The swedish massages I had both times were out of this world! The massage therapists there are absolutely wonderful. I like the spa atmosphere, it's very relaxing and beautiful. Out of the spas I've visited I like this building the best. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with my facial. I had it done by a lady with medium length dyed red hair. She treated me like I was 12 years old, and spent nearly the entire time trying to sell me products when I wanted to relax. I felt like she was barely applying products and I was paying for her to talk to me about products rather than give me a facial, the service took half the time I paid for. I don't know if she thought I wouldn't notice or never had a profesional facial before, but it was horrible service. I did complain to Krystyna's and they refunded me for the lost time. I appreciated that customer service, and I will be back after a cooling off period. For their massage only this time.
I've been coming here for years and it's always a delightful, relaxing place to receive any type of service. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of spa treatments.
