I absolutely love this location! It has been my favorite for years and they just continue to impress. The staff is so helpful and accommodating, always cheerful and ready to aid. Recently, they have helped in some issues I have had regarding the online store, and they have been absolutely brilliant! I will continue to patronize this store b/c of their great work.
Dont pay attention to the hours.. If they want to leave early they will.. Like today.. they closed early. We were about to walk in and heard click of the door. Someone ran and locked the door (early), so we couldn't get in, even though the store should have been open. Not cool. Not cool at all.
I love this store - it smells good - it looks good - I love that this downtown location is thriving and I will continue to support any way I can.
Beautiful textiles and unique clothes
This particular location has very rude staff. They literally just stare at you up and down without saying a word, and don't even offer to help. On the other hand the staff in Troy at Somerset are wonderful and always helpful.
