Closets by Design did an amazing job installing closet organizers to our First Impression Boutique at work. Their work was excellent, efficient and professional. They were done in such short order I was astonished! We are very happy with the work that was performed!
Cesar my installer was great. He explained the way things work and how the install would go. He also cleaned up everything in every area that he worked, he removed the moldings that had to be torn down for the installation and was so very personable. His customer service is Outstanding!!! Highly recommend this company and their staff.
So for the sales person has been great. Unfortunately a crew was supposed to be here Friday to tear out existing closets. Never showed up! Called after 5:30pm and indicated they could come and would be there Saturday at 10:30 - 11:00. No show again. Will provide updates as they are supposed to install Monday but at this rate may not show up.
Amazing experience! Kate was great, she help me walk through all of the options without feeling pressured. She gave me options, discussed my budget and realistic designs that work!
Very pleased with their work. Got some nice recommendations and input from the design agent who came out to take measurements and give price quote. Very satisfied with overall experience.
