Mount Hope Memorial Gardens

Can ask the ground keeper to lift the headstones of my husband and my so, he will do it right then and there. I chose a bad corner for my son and my husband and myself but, I didn't know that when it rained it would flood over there. If I would have known I would have chose a higher ground. Of course they're not going to tell you when you're looking for a spot for your loved one. They know you're grieving and you just want to get it over with! That's the way I felt the day that my son and I were looking for his brother's plot! So when it rains we make sure we wear tennis shoes that we don't want to ruin I have special boots I wear and tennis shoes when I go to see them. My plot is at the foot of my husband and I'm going to be even drowning MORE!? They need to do groundwork and HIGHER MORE THAN JUST OURS!? I was told by a groundskeeper in 2020 that this spring we are going to be starting back over in that corner and we're going to be cleaning up all the graves and adding more dirt and rising the stones above the ground and put stones around them there has not been one thing done to any of that they need to not lie to their paying customers!!?? I will make sure this spring that the stones and the bench get lifted above ground and dirt put underneath them so they can be above the ground. If not I will go into the office and make a complaint about what I was told, IT WILL GET DONE ‼ufe0f There are some gravestones that you can't even see!!! ud83dude1f

We buried my grandmother here today. The coordinator directed us to a spot to say a prayer. We were then asked to drive to another spot at the cemetery to bury my grandmother. By the time the family arrived at the burial location my grandmother was already buried. The coordinator did not wait for the family to arrive before burying her. My grandmother had 6 children and 8 grandchildren.No one saw her get buried. Several family members cried out in agony. We should have left the burial site feeling at ease. But we left feeling disappointed and disrespected.It was a disgrace

Most of the pothole roads throughout have been filled in. Wish they would resurface with asphalt but was happy to see Mt. Hope returning to looking good again! 2019 was not a good year. I called to complain and was told things would get better. You kept your word!!!

My grandma has been buried here 11 years. I thought it was a nice cemetery at first, but over the years it’s gotten really bad. Her stone is sunk into the ground with grass growing over it. If I didn’t know where she was I would never find her. My family has complained Countless times about it to see if they could fix her stone. At first it was “oh it snowed can’t do it yet”. And every year it’s the same thing. No one cares enough to fix it. I’ve been unhappy with this place for a long time. I really hope someone does something to fix this place. If I had the money I would have her moved to a better place. I feel you should not disrespect the dead like this. If breaks my heart.

I been trying for over a month to get a price list for the services offer by this business and was told they do not have a price listiing for their services.nnI also have been trying to get some engraving service done. But, have not received any documentation to perform this service.
