When possible, I will patronize small, independent businesses rather than chains/franchises. I consider myself an objective reviewer.nnFirst time here, I purchased four different bagels:nnSalt - excellent texture, right amount of salt.nnEverything - good texture, plenty of toppings, but too salty for my taste. It had more salt than the salt bagel. I prefer to taste more of the other toppings rather than the salt.nnCinnamon raisin - undercooked; some raisins and cinnamon flavor but could use more.nnBlueberry - texture decent but zero flavor. None. I would’ve had no idea what I was eating except I saw the staff grab it from the “blueberry” rack and put it in the bag.
Detroit bagel our bagels were hot and delicious!! Good variety, but we prefer the salted bagels.nThank you! We will be back
Their fresh meat and bagel sandwiches are soooooo good! So good. You wont regret trying them.
Detroit Bagel Factory has been a staple in my life for 30 years. It's a great place with great staff! Always recommend to friends!
