An extraordinary bakery, with amazing food and just really super nice people!nnWhile my impression is that literally all of their food is always amazing, I got a very special surprise from them which won a customer for life. Due to a family medical crisis, a rough work week, and the repercussions of the general mess of 2020, I was on target to have a very forgettable birthday. My sister (who is NY based) reached out and convinced them to deliver treats- which isn't a service they typically offer- turning a potentially gray day into a delightful one. It was a human moment that went well beyond anything I've seen- and it was really truly lovely. (And delicious of course.)nnIn an area where there are a lot of good food options, Colette's is the best at being both a delicious French bakery and community oriented neighborhood place. CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS.

Colette is incredible. I went once over the summer and the pastries were so divine that when my sister's birthday came, Colette was an easy choice for her birthday breakfast. My family was enchanted. The staff are so nice, friendly and accomdating, the venue is light bright and airy and the pastries will have you coming back again and again. SUCH a wonderful experience.

Delightful new bakery, we just love going here. It's pretty perfect! We got croissants, they were perfection, real-made quality you don't find too often. We also got an apple torte and a raspberry torte, both of 'em not only looked good but tasted good as well. I grabbed a coffee too since we were there, which was handy and nice. There is some patio seating out back. And with limited number of customer capacity we had a short wait outside, about two minutes. So you may encounter a line but it is fast moving and there for safety restrictions. There's a good amount of other treats here we've yet to try. Great service and very nice interior. We WILL be back again & again.

Some of the best baked goods I have ever had in my life. I'm having a hard time staying away. Fantastic freshly baked breads and sweets. The owners and all chefs are from France, and they are all very friendly. Support this local business!

Do not sleep on this bakery! The service is absolutely amazing and everyone is super nice. The croissants and tarts are delicious. However, I live for the pizza at this bakery! The pepperoni pizza is my favorite, but the marg is also delicious! The crust and seasoned sauce is absolute perfection. My mouth is water just thinking about it and now I need to go grab a few slices.nnP.s... they have patio seating and there are plenty of parks near by for picnics.
