The owner Caleb is so nice. I always been buying cakes from cold stone no one ever told me that I could create a rewards account and get points and it goes towards my futures cakes. He went out of his to create a rewards account and get a coupon code from the app for my cake. The cake I purchased was AMAZING! Everyone loved it. Thank you Caleb.
Super RUDE!! I was never approached and literally ignored. I was the only one in the store at the time. Another guy walked in and literally got served right away. Poor customer service at its finest will never recommend or come here again!
They need outdoor seating since they are not allowing indoor seating. They should also get non dairy ice cream that is not sorbet as an option.
