When ever I get the hair color bug I come here. Becca is one of the best colorists I have ever met, but really they are all great. The color lasts, washes well (and I am a serial morning hair washer!) The salon is a positive place to be and that is really important to me. The conversations that surround you are uplifting and encouraging. Never once have I felt that miasma of general cattiness that permeates salon life. Its so nice to be welcomed with a genuine smile. I often come in chased by the stress of my life and by the time I walk out its all gone.

I’ve been going here for over a year! Monique does an FANTASTIC job and everyone is so friendly and they take their time to really work with you and to help you achieve the hair style you want! I’m so glad I found someone who knows how to work with biracial hair!nnAlso Ashley and Alice are awesome with manicures ud83dude0annI would recommend everyone to come here at least once to get the awesome experience
The most unprofessional salon I have ever been to!nI asked for icy blonde highlights! I was there for approximately 4 hours and my roots came out very orange! It looked like I let a child paint my hair with orange paint!nI talked to the owner and asked if I could schedule to have my hair fixed since I was unhappy with the orange color!nThe salon then scheduled me for my highlights to be redone. When I went in for highlight my appointment with Tristen she said she was told to tone me instead.nShe also said that my roots was very orange and that toning it wouldn’t last more than 2 weeks and I would have to have it retoned every 2 weeks!nI explained that I’ve never had to come in to have my hair toned every two weeks and that I wasn’t up for that!nThen the owner scheduled me for a color a few weeks later with “her protege who will definitely be able to fix it”nAs I arrived to my appointment today at 12:30 with Jailyn for a color correction she said she would go mix my color and be right back! At 1:30, AN HOUR LATER! she returned to her chair and said she was unable to fix the orange in my hair!nI would never show up an hour late to an appointment! Why would it be okay to leave a client waiting for an hour in their chair!nNo respect for their clients time!nAlso I was lied to multiple times about the service I was coming in to have done!
