I am SO happy I stumbled upon ESSNTLS for a little TLC during a weekend stay in Grand Rapids. Alanna does an amazing facial and took care to explain all the steps while keeping it a luxurious and relaxing experience. I’m excited to incorporate some of their ESSNTLS products into my daily routine and learned so much from my personalized consult. I really appreciate that this women-owned and operated business is so rooted in science and simple ingredients. I look forward to stopping by again next time I’m in town!

I had a great experience at my facial today with Arielle. She took time to explain my skin type to me and what I can do to make it better and explained their products without making me feel pressured to buy something. I love that they use more natural (and fewer) ingredients than other spas I’ve been too. My face felt WONDERFUL afterwards, I’ll definitely be coming back!
