I tried ordering a blended mocha with added caramel (two pumps) and was told they couldn't add anything extra to the blended drinks. So I ordered an iced mocha with caramel instead, and they didn't tell me until after I paid that the caramel they had (actual caramel, not syrup) couldn't be mixed into iced drinks. I was given an iced coffee with no caramel, or chocolate as far as I can tell
