Only a couple vegetarian options, but still good. I'll never leave a review less than 5/5 unless something went reaaallly wrong. I played a lot of papa's cupcakeria here when I was in 8th grade waiting for my parents to pick me up

Food is good. Some staff were kinda not nice. I only stopped here once after my daughters surgery at Helen devos. Probably won't go there again.

This isn’t for just this Panera location, it’s more for Panera as a company. I just spent almost a half hour of my time trying to figure out why their catering order just didn’t apply my gift card balance to my order. I called the store, they couldn’t help me so instead of calling their corp line or finding a solution, they gave me the number to call where I waited on hold for 10 mins before getting to an incredibly apathetic older man who just said “we can’t help you if the order is due in 4 hours or less.” He offered no other options except cancelling my order. I cancelled my order with them and I’ll be ordering from a local restaurant. I am going to give this gift card to someone that can use it because I won’t be back. I used to frequent Panera, I have been a loyal customer for years, but after so many issues with their substandard customer service I won’t be back. HOWEVER- I will say, despite not providing a very good solution, the gentleman I spoke to at this location was very polite and tried his best to be helpful within his resources.

I was really disappointed with my last delivery order. It took 2 hours to finally arrive. The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes from checkout. By then the soup was cold and the ice in my iced coffee was melted. I never got an explanation for why it ran so late.
