I’m so disappointed in the service I received. I am not sure why I have gone here multiple times since this isn’t my first poor experience. I ordered a full sheet cake and the frosting was cracked before I even got to my destination. I can see cake through the frosting on the front edge. I also ordered cupcakes from the book, was told they would look exactly like the photo but instead they just used white frosting. When I questioned it she said well nothing was on the paper. Well, of course, my phone number was there so you could have called with questions.
