Was just there at 7:50 and my order was all wrong coffees were wrong and bagels were wrong it was like they didn’t care to listen when we ordered I used to work at dunkin in waterboro till i found a high paying job but once I was trained we never messed up orders this bad it really isn’t that hard. They were not busy at all when we went this morning so there was no excuse

Horrible management. My boyfriend worked there and they did not pay him for 5 weeks, he called the labor department where they were forced to pay him. The manager, Morgan, was especially hard on him after that cause they got fined and she almost lost her job. They underpayed him & constantly changed and switched his hours like crazy. Shortly later they lied about a lot and got him unreasonably fired. Also, in the time he was working there the manager demanded him to come in sick & one of the coworkers had covid-19 and she still made them come in. I tried calling the cdc about it but they did nothing. they have no respect for the workers or customers, especially when they're serving customers potentially covid infected foods & drinks. the service and management is 100x better at the standish dunkin.

Wow! The worst service I have ever received yesterday, August 1, 2020. I ordered a cappuccino amongst a couple other items for my family. I was handed my cappuccino and immediately new it was made wrong but the DD employee quickly retreated not giving me an opportunity to voice my displeasure. A cappuccino is not a cup of cold milk with a hint of froth. The cup was actually cold, not iced, just regular cold milk. There was no espresso in that drink what so ever. I stood there for a good 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention but no employee bothered to help. With about 10 people working there is no excuses for this poor service!
