Had to wait for about 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge I was at counter..could hear them chattin in back and going in and out to smoke..as I was waiting I noticed that the machines were dirty and counters were discusting..even the ovens has food parti les on them..3 people working and nobody keeping it clean..sad..idk what is qorse..covid or here in milo dunkins
Dirtiest place ive ever seen. Zero communication between employees and customers. Long wait times, and disrespectful worker's who have zero motivation to perform simple tasks. Never will I order from here again.
Service has gone rate downhill with a new staff. old staff was fast and polite and prompt with their service. new staff not at all they are rude, they take forever, you wait in line forever,you wait at the window forever. Services has gone rate downhill. I'm not sure what's going on but they need to figure it out sooner they're going to lose customers.
Been going here few times a week since moved up here, over the last few months the quality of service has gone downhill with the new staff. I'm not one to write poor reviews but between the attitudes, constant order mess up, wanting to charge me extra for their mistakes, the I don't give a damn about quality of service, rudeness on headset. 99% of the time I order the same items only time I notice these is Issues is when the Manager is not on shift.
Burnt coffee, & too much milk in chai tea. Very poorly made beverages. They must need better training management.
