Tony was the only person within a 2 hours drive that offered to fix my chair. Not only that, but we communicated a few times before I drove up so he knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He also let me relax in his comfortable recliner chairs, although it was only for a short while since he was so quick!
I came to Tony to get a chair repaired and I couldn't have had a better experience. Tony was unbelievably helpful, had me in and out in record time, and the work he did was phenomenal. He reminded me that there are still good people around, you just have to come to Brewer to find them! If I could give more stars I would.
We unfortunately did not have the same positive experience as other customers seemed to have. This company may have had the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never purchase from this store again, and would never recommend it to anyone.
