We needed a recliner to lift stand my Mom. Per usual... big selection and great prices. My husband picked up a stand recliner with heat! Bonus two wonderful recliners .. put into the back of our truck. Best service around. Thank you so much
We have bought several pieces of furniture in the last few weeks from Dow. After trying to deal with several other furniture stores, we went to Dow and have been very pleased. The customer service and prices are excellent. If they don't have it chances are they can order it. We plan buying the rest of our furniture from them.
From the sales people to the delivery people this company does not disappoint. I have bought a significant amount of furniture from them and they have been great to work with before, during and after the sale. I won’t go anywhere else for furniture! You can’t go wrong here!
It was busy as they are having a President’s sale. Nevertheless they greeted me and said they’ be with me shortly. I just browsed till someone was available. They were so pleasant and helpful. They were very professional. They have a huge inventory of quality furniture. I purchased an occasional chair and will be ordering a custom fabric couch. Highly recommend them!
