Used to spend a few hundred a month in Bleecker and Greer, when the staff was outstanding. Quality of life went up with great products and intelligent kind capable hardworking people there. However, now they have a walk up window with a passive aggressive store clerk, who told me I could sit in my “car download the app to do online ordering which would be easier for me, and she doesn’t need walk around and shop for me.” Nope - outta there folks. I might go back when there’s a vaccine or just enjoy the other businesses in the area with helpful capable employees.
What a beautiful & high quality market. I thought I'd have to drag my husband out -- he was transfixed by the meat selection. A bit expensive, but the quality supports it. The lemon humus is incredible!!
Fabulous meat and sausages. Delicious crusty bread and great sweet pastries and cookies. I always visit when I’m in Maine and usually take home their sausages to enjoy in Philadelphia.
The most delicious! FABULOUS breads and the best spot for a quick lunch.
