They made our move go smoothly. We only wanted the big stuff moved, but added in some small stuff. It took longer than I projected and they were wonderful about all the extra stuff I had them move that I had not planned on. The cost was reasonable too.
Can’t begin to even praise this company enough!! They went above & beyond to accommodate with me having to reschedule the day due to my health problems, but was also extremely understanding with my extensive back problems & did a better job than I could ever imagine! Morning of the move, I felt so lost & confused, then once Jeff & his crew showed up taking my hectic, chaotic move turning it into smooth & easy.. They also handled everything with such care (better than I would of handled my own items), and especially my Amish Furniture & mirrors that were enormous & extremely heavy.. I will definitely recommend Hess Co. to anyone who needs to move, especially if you’re nervous & feel lost, they are the best!! They keep you very well informed also!! A++++++++

I've used The Hess Company multiple times moving in and out over the past 5 years and have always had positive experiences. They're always on time, prompt, careful in handling your items, willing to work with unique and difficult situations skillfully such as moving my 12'x6' projector screen over the stairwell from the 3rd floor down to the first without damage or complications. Always positive and accomodating in their interactions with you. And lastly, they dont try to purposely drag the move time out to overcharge you. Theyve typically finished my moves under the estimated or minimum timeframe. Would highly recommend them and will be using them next week to move into my new house which is why I happen to be back on here updating this post atm.
These guys was AWSOME!! I would DIFFINLTY recommend HESS !!!
