Even though there were signs at the entrance stating that face masks were required to enter Kohl's, they allowed customers to shop there without any mask.

No one greeted me altho 3 staff watched me enter. No one checked if i needed any assistance while i was shopping (approx 30min) which is good and bad. When i requested a price check the announcement went out 4 times before any response. Very few (5-6) customers in store. I was fairly close to 2 kohl's cash vouchers and would have appreciated knowing that so i had the opportunity to achieve that bonus. Cashiern(Grace) pleasant

Love that I can take my Amazon returns back here. They need to expand junuors department, and boys (10+). This location orders a large amount of XS, S, leaving a shortage on M, and L clothing. Mens section is a great size. Only one set of registers, with typically only 1-3 lanes open. Great sales, kohls cash, discounts, \u2 rewards all make it cost efficient.
