Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

I was planning on buying a Samsung ultra and after looking at the Verizon site, they mentioned trade ins. I had a Note to trade but I was missing the S Pen. A person at the store said it wouldn't qualify. I'm glad he let me know. Guess I'll skip buying a new phone for a while. I like honest sales people even if it doesn't get a sale.

We stopped into the Verizon TCC store in Scottsburg today to purchase new phones and we were so pleased with the service we received. The young man who helped us ,Cody, immediately greeted us and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. He went above and beyond to help us. We would definitely recommend others to visit this store.
