Walmart Pharmacy

My Doctor called in two prescriptions for me this morning as soon as the Pharmacy opened. I went to the Pharmacy at 1130 am to pick them up and there were 5 people working in the Pharmacy, two Pharmacist and three technicians. Everyone was looking up and making slight eye contact as if they were waiting it out to see who was going to address customers.nFinally after being addressed the female technician said you have one script available then asks were you expecting two as if she already knew the answer to her question.nYes there is supposed to be two. She said the second one isn’t in stock according to her computer. She then proceeds to ask another technician that is holding three boxes of the supposed not in stock prescription and said it would be 15 minutes and he’d have it ready.nDuring that time I waited nauseated and vomited twice while still waiting.nI went back to the Pharmacy desk the same female technician came to the front. She confronts the male technician about not getting my second prescription ready and he said he forgot and it would be ready later today.nThis is not the first time this Pharmacy has been unprofessional and very incompetent.nI finally got a call at 6:38pm my second prescription was ready. That was the longest 15 minutes of my life.

Literally the most rude pharmacy staff I have ever met. They will violate your privacy by discussing your medical conditions LOUDLY in front of anyone in line or checking out next to you. Pharmacist is rude, other staff are rude. I have never had a good experience here and I tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

Great customer service

Cheaper than other local places but very under staffed. Always takes forever to get to the front of line and even then most of the times they haven't even refilled your order. I always call in refills 4 days in advance and the past three times I called in I still had to wait a day without my medicine! They are also very rude when you ask them about unfilled meds. The one lady today told me that they have had bigger problems lately, that doesn't mean that you can't do your job. Very rude attitude almost every visit.

Most of the pharmacy employees are stuck up. They don't talk to customers with respect! There are a couple employees that are friendly. Prescriptions are never ready when quoted. They always give you the run-around!!
