As a broker I use a lot of trucking companies but really never leave public reviews. I have done business with KSH a few times and they have always been great. My customer was very pleased with their drivers and equipment. So if my customer is happy that really makes me happy.nnMelissa Thank You for all your help and the guys too.
They are supposed to be a specialized company, but all they wanna do is haul cheap broker freight and leave u sit around. They will also fire you for doing your job. Yep that's right I delivered a load and did exactly what I was told to do and then got cussed out by a boss guy, but for some reason it was my fault and I got fired for doing exactly what I was told to do.
Have had nothing but terrible experiences with them. From dispatching to billing, this company is completely incompetent. Would have drivers with no clue what to do and I would have to manage them as they conducted their delivery as their dispatcher wouldn't inform them where they needed to go. They would often get lost, or try to transfer the load to another driver who was completely clueless on the situation, thus repeating the cycle. In regards to billing, they routinely messed up and were unprofessional. Then they would tell me they would have a driver available when they didn't have any and would often just have drivers not show up.nnI gave them multiple chances and they spit in my face every time. I would avoid them absolutely at all costs.
