Just started but I love my job. They are very laid back treat and talk to you like a human. They pay more than other places and the bonus are truly amazing. They have otr and city. They take care of there trucks and trailers and they really get you miles. Just in my first two weeks I have done more miles than i did in almost a month at last company. Talk to them about starting a real trucking job. 5 stars all the way across.
I worked for this company for about 1 month. I was at home came back to pick up a load and noticed after I had backed under the trailer, 2 tires were flat. I called to get someone to fill them up and the company manager told me to drive 20 miles away to a TA. I said I was not comfortable with doing that and found one closer. While driving to the store the tires tore open and needed replaced. After the repair the truck didn't want to move I figured the brakes were frozen so I unfrozen them. I tried to leave again and found that the truck still wouldn't move after calling the company the owner told me to drive with the inter axles on. I said that may cause further damage to the truck, he said drive it to the shop in sellersburg anyway, so I did. The drive tore up the gears and I was blamed for the problem and was terminated. I had told them the first week I used the truck that it was making some noises when I backed a trailer into a dock. They ignored me so I drove the truck. In the end I did what I was told and was fired for doing so.

Having a great time here with the family vibe I really enjoy this place.
