Absolutely garbage customer service. Room was delayed 2 hours and then they gave it away. The service desk lied repeatedly on room availability, pricing, and that no management was around to help. No attempt to remedy the situation. Will never spend money here. I plan on telling everyone I know how horrible this experience was. You don't want to go to this hotel.

I love the fact that you can make your appointments online with a few simple clicks. They've also expanded their hours to Sundays, which is great for my husband.nnEveryone in my family goes to Cheyenne, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed with her!
Loved it. Went in for a facial, the whole thing was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Shout out to Cara for the wonderful experience.
My bridesmaids, mother, and I all got our hair and makeup done at the Spa for my wedding day. The team did a great job on everyone! I had a fairly complicated hair piece that I wanted to use, but Cheyenne made it work, and I got a lot of compliments on it throughout the day!
