I do not recommend! We have been coming here for massages for years now. Always had a amazing experience. We scheduled a couples massage for Valentines Day. When we arrived they didn't have our appointment scheduled...we had to show confirmation of our appointment. No big deal. We waited 10 minutes..no big deal. Our massage began & they stepped in & out of the room several times to answer the phones..greet customers. Talked the entire massage.. A customer walked in on our massage & they laughed. That was it...we will never return. No apology..nothing. I do not recommend!

Worst massage ever! I needed to get in on a Sunday because of my work schedule and was excited to find a place that had online scheduling and spots that day! I didn’t get a confirmation e-mail until 45 minutes before my appt so ended up rushing, but made it in time. They didn’t have me down but after I showed her the confirmation e-mail, she shows be to a room.nShe massaged so hard that I literally could not lay still it hurt so bad! There was so much pressure on the back of my neck that sometimes it felt hard to breathe. She didn’t use any lotion so my skin was feeling like it was burning (like a rug burn) or pinching even though I finally asked if she could use lotion! She finally used some warm oil that felt nice but then wiped it off and massaged over the dry towel on my back. I almost asked her to stop and I’d just pay for the full hour. I have never been relieved foe a massage to be over, but couldn’t wait for this one to end! And I’ve never been this site after a massage-definitely won’t ge back!

Family Massage is the only place I go to. It’s peaceful, the workers are SO kind, & it’s a beautiful place in general. Definitely recommend

I came for a trigger point massage and left a new woman. Lan is very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to fix some aches and pains in my joints and muscles that have been bothering me for months. I will definitely come back. Thank you for your time, knowledge and skill.
