This last time I went there, the store was pretty busy. I was looking for a specific item, couldn't find it, then left. The store looked clean and it appeared that things have more space around them. There were a lot of wall displays that looked kind of empty. I was looking for sage green bed sheets which are really hard to get anywhere. BB&B was no exception. ☹.
BB & B had always been a favorite even though their stores are PACKED to the gills. However, lately, stock has deceased & there is actually room to move between aisles. I wonder if they're going out of business???
Subpar customer service overall. Very little flex flexibility when it comes to using coupons. No empowerment for cashiers to override store policy. Lack of knowledge from store associates.
Not crowded. Lots of nice things for the house.
Friendly, helpful, following CDC guidelines during Covid-19 pandemic.nAlso the customers were respectful. I'll be back to this store.
