I came here with my girlfriend and we both Wouldn’t recommend this place , asked them to focus on certain parts of my body which didn’t happen. Also my massage ended little over 10 minutes early. I decided to give them a try even with all the negative reviews and I regret doing so. . The only good part were the two ladies at the front desk who were cheerful and had wonderful attitudes. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND .

I dated a worker there brenda Castellanos and she told me how nasty they are inside how they sanitize just sayn ..good luck hope this is helpful..

I absolutely love the services I receive at Massage Envy! My monthly massage and facial are the highlights of my month. I stagger them, one at the beginning and one in the middle of the month, so I'm pampered all the time! Nedka gives a wonderful, customized massage and Sabrina gives a spectacularly effective facial. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Go to Massage Envy in Wheeling... you will not be disappointed!

This location has very poor customer service! A few months ago my dad was unable to make his appointment and I called to cancel the appointment for him, explaining that he was catching up on work because my mom suddenly passed away the week before and he had to take a few days off. The woman said it was no problem and I told her that he would call to reschedule the next appointment. My dad had a credit for a massage that my mom had bought for him before she passed away. Today was the first time he could get in to see someone since then. When he got there, the woman told him that they ‘took the credit’ and then told him that when I called to cancel, they told me. TOTAL LIES! My dad WAS a loyal customer for YEARS. I will be contacting a manager about the blatant lie that this woman told him and we will also be sure to pass along this experience with our friends/family. Unless they charge every single person that needs to cancel or reschedule their appointments AS WELL AS actually inform the customers of ‘taking their credit’ this is not okay. Regardless of any of the details- the customer service is beyond poor and a real shame.nnJanet does excellent work. It’s too bad the company she works for has poor customer service and steals people’s money!
