I'd like to see if I can book them for my wedding, which is at the hotel. But they never answer their phone? I've called on 5 separate days at various times and no one ever answers. It's making me very wary of their ability to handle an entire bridal party.

If you are a bride getting married at the Lincolnshire, I know it’s easier to book your beauty services where you’re getting married, but please, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY BEAUTY. TLDR; manager should be fired, lots of miscommunication between the spa and me and my bridesmaid, wouldn’t honor originally quoted prices, didn’t get same artists for trial as day-of. Avoid at all costs.nnI got married 2-29-2020; my bridesmaid spoke with the manager, Cheryl, over the phone. She offered us some amazing stuff, willing to book girls who just wanted curls for only $25. Party gets an additional 20% off the price of up-dos and makeup. I was quoted for $80 hair trial, $80 makeup trial, $95 day-of hair and $85 day-of makeup. I should have known at that point it was too good to be true, but my bridesmaid confirmed with them all of this information another 2-3 times as we got closer and closer to the date. At one point, I also spoke with the manager, she had told me some different information from what she told my bridesmaid, and my bridesmaid called back and got it all settled. However, they had charged me $250 for just the trial as opposed to $170 which I was quoted, a 40% increase (my fault for not paying attention). When I talked to them about it the next day over the phone, she told me very different information than what my bridesmaid had told me. She wouldn’t give me a straight answer as to why – my bridesmaid (a little bit more of an assertive person than I am), called when I was clearly frustrated and upset, and the manager said “Well, we can’t get any stylist to do hair for $25.” Which I sort of understand – that’s an INCREDIBLY cheap price for a hair styling. But if that’s the case…why did you offer it in the first place? And if you knew you couldn’t get anyone to do hair for that price, why did you tell us this information only 2 months before the wedding? Cheryl kept telling me and my bridesmaid different information, and I tried to remain kind and professional but I ended up getting the Lincolnshire’s coordinator that was working with me, Angela, and the Lincolnshire’s assistant manager involved in the situation to get it settled.nnFinally, we agreed that because I over paid, I would only pay $25 for day-of services (as this is what would be left over using the original prices I was quoted). They would do hair styling for my bridesmaids at $45 now, but not honor the 20% off. This disaster lasted a total of 2 weeks before it was finally settled. However, because of all of this difficulty, I no longer felt confident having all my girls get their hair and makeup done with artists who probably felt we were shortchanging them (until I later learned that their artists are just basically contractors and aren’t necessarily regularly scheduled). The final decision was to cancel everything with the salon except for my makeup, because I loved the technique that the artist Ashley used for my foundation with the airbrush and decided to stick it out. I told this to Cheryl, and this is when she informed me that the artist I did my trial with, Ashley, would not be available for the day of my wedding and that I would be working with another artist! THEN WHY DID I DO MY TRIAL WITH HER?! I was so frustrated but had no other option for a makeup artist that could do airbrush makeup, so I hoped for the best. I did, however, make sure that this new artist was trained on the airbrush, and Cheryl assured me that yes, she was, so it would be okay. Day of the wedding comes around – I’m talking to the artist and she says that she isn’t really familiar airbrush. I am sitting in my chair silently fuming. Courtney, however, was comfortable enough to try it and supplemented the foundation with what she is more comfortable with and it truly did turn out beautifully – she was a lot of fun to work with. I gave her a nice tip (it’s not her fault the spa’s manager is terrible). They did honor the $25 pricing, and I was so incredibly glad to never have to work with them again.

The Spa at Lincolnshire Marriott is a wonderful indulgence for body and spirit. Having appreciated spa services at Lincolnshire Marriott numerous times these last 6 months, I highly recommend them all....from massage with Christine, facial with Denise and manicure and pedicure with Zaya. Taking the time to restore the spirit and rejuvenate the body are all part of spa's special services. Enjoy!

Wonderful, personalized service, a full service relaxation room while you briefly wait between services, and high quality spa services! Thank you! (Wish I could have kept the robe, I'd live in it.)
