I love this place so much, along with a hair salon, they have a nail salon. The stylists are so sweet. Highly, recommend Lisa Zander. Enjoyed talking to her and she's simply so friendly!
Always get what I ask for. They never shove products or ad ons down my throat which is my favorite part.
I enjoyed a lovely pedicure in a very clean, well-distanced space at Zano. The staff is very friendly and great to chat with. I appreciate all the precautions they have in place due to COVID-19. I appreciated the fact that they were taking contactless payments and also either cash or Venmo for gratuity - very convenient!
I came in yesterday for a tinted balayage. I came in early and was very excited to get this done. I have never been to this place, however my sister has, and I drove 45 minutes to come here for the best quality service. I was very disappointed with the fact that my hair came out BLEACHED BLONDE and not even slightly what I wanted. My roots were uneven, and the back of my head had unfinished pieces. When I asked the manager, Allyson, if I could get it tinted a bit, she rudely told me that it would be an ADDITIONAL charge on top of the 130 I just paid. This place is trying to scam you and your money, never coming here again.
